Happy Tuesday !
It is yet again another Tuesday, with another new blog post.
I really have a hard time thinking of stuff to post about every week. Also, because I (again!) did not do anything for the past week. I seriously have the most boring life in the world.
My everyday routine is the same cycle. It repeats over and over again every single day. It IS really that boring. It's like a Sim's life (not like a slyly slid 'Sims' into this because it is the topic that I am going to talk about today *ahem*).
I actually spent my weekend downloading a bunch of Sims Custom Content- which really made my laptop lag for a good 30 minutes. But, I did that and I also built some houses in the Sims 4 and I AM REALLY PROUD OF MYSELF for doing so. I have never built a house like I built this house this time and It looks PRETTY LIT.
I also took me some time to figure out how to go into cameraman mode in the sims because a lot of tutorials for cameraman mode mentions to use the Sims 3 camera and honestly, I REALLY DON'T LIKE THE INVERTED CONTROLS. Sims 3 players must've felt weird the first time they started playing the Sims 4. So, I attempted at taking some decent look photos of my houses that I made.

Here's some closeups of my "BEAUTIFUL" home.
Well, that was a lot of pictures. But then again, I REALLY AM PROUD OF MYSELF FOR BUILDING THIS HOUSE. If you are a simmer; like myself, you can download this home on the community page. I'm not really sure how but maybe, if you search my origin ID (peiyersonchai759) this one MIGHT pop-up. I do have to warn you though, about maybe 95-97% of the furnishings and maybe some of the windows are custom content and you would probably lose most of the items/objects if you were to use it.
Including the entire Sim package, I definitely made some sims to live in this house. It is ALSO the first time ever that I've made a Sim like this.
I've also recently gone onto the more 'asian' Sim style because I'm embracing my FABULOUS ASIAN-NESS. But, I have made a back story for the female sim- Kerri Reed. As you can tell, she definitely looks asian BUT, she does have a white/non-asian name. It's because she was adopted into a Caucasian family and she has been highly influenced by the 'white' culture. She also has the snobby, materialistic trait (not saying that Caucasian are any of those), but it felt right to make her as that kind of a person.
Can I just say, I am addicted to the sims? Especially downloading the custom content for the sims. It feels like I'm online shopping for myself and everything is free but really, it' not for me; it's for my sims. I feel like they appreciate me too.
I think I spent around 2-3 hours completing the house. It didn't actually take that long, but I left for a bit and I turned off my sims, when I came back to continuing my house, half of the progress I have made on the house WHERE GONE. So, that made me take a much longer time than I expected.
If you look at the dining area picture, (the 3rd picture in the straight row of pictures) THE CHAIRS THOUGH. I AM IN LOVE. I really just fell in love when I saw those chairs for the first time online. I try to use those chairs in any of my builds because THEY ARE JUST TOO BEAUTIFUL.
Well, I'll stop here for the day because I'm face timing my mom right now and she keeps complaining that I should just stop 'playing' with my blog. So, I will.

P.S: If you were wondering where I get my custom content, I get most of them from { http://sims4downloads.net/} and sometimes I get loose items/objects on tumblr which I just so happen to come across.
