Over obsessions and Eternal Fangirl Mode

20:29

Hello there fellow human beings! (and maybe some non-human beings),

It has come to the second day of the week- TUESDAY! That also means a new blog post from me. I didn't realise that it was already Tuesday and I had to write up a blog post today. As you all may or may not know, it was Presidents' Day yesterday. Since I was off yesterday, I thought that today was a Monday and I thought that I didn't have to write a blog post.

But, I remembered that it WAS NOT Monday.

As you may know, I love watching shows from the CW (i.e: The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, The Flash, Arrow, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, Beauty and the Beast, Reign). I technically watch  about 70% of their shows. I do want to start on Supernatural but DAMN, it's going to take forever for me to catch up on that show if I start all the way from the beginning.

It does look very tempting for me to start though. Anyway, I have been watching all the shows I've listed above but of course, I have to wait for them to actually air and then be uploaded onto the CW App for me to view so, there is a time in between that I wouldn't have anything to watch. Also considering the times when most of those TV shows are on hiatus- which is a very sad time for me, I don't have anything to watch and waste my time on.

Usually around that time, I would fill in the gaps by watching Korean Dramas because KOREAN DRAMAS ARE LIFE. Okay, actually I don't only watch Korean Dramas when American TV shows are on hiatus. I watch time all the time. But still! Korean Dramas are amazing. Even though THEY ARE VERY VERY CLICHE AND CHEESY, I can't help but actually watch them. They are very satisfying in fact; even though I can really predict what's going to happen next. I'm guessing this is a sort of addiction?

How can I ever back away from scenes like this? PURE GOLD.
I have watched too many dramas in my time. HECK. I'm barely 17 but, I have watched my fair share of Korean Dramas. My favourite drama of all time (so far) probably has to be

IT'S OKAY, THAT'S LOVE

I can't even describe to you how much I JUST LOVE THIS DRAMA. IT'S SO GOOD. I've probably watched this over 3 times. It's just that worth of my time. PLUS, Jo In Sung and Gong Hyo Jin are just PERFECT. I would totally want to watch another drama with both of them as the leads again. Their chemistry is just inevitable. JUST PERFECT.

But alas, the Lunar New Year has come and the dramas that were airing the last week. Like Cheese in the Trap,
You gotta love Seo Kang Joon.
Have been postponed to the next week and I really have nothing to watch. So, I had to look for something to keep myself busy.

This takes me back many many years when Naruto was still on Cartoon Network and I was into anime. It was probably about 6-7 years ago when I got into anime maybe I little bit early than that. So, I was into anime and I would watch Naruto that was airing on Cartoon Network every day at 11pm. It was my favorite. After that, I slowly got introduced into K-Pop by my cousin during my Grandmother's funeral when we were burning papers. I've gotten into that K-Pop phase, gotten out of it and went back in quite recently.

But now, I cannot believe it but, I'm back to square one where I'm into anime. I'm guessing it's worse now because of my newly found interest in COSPLAY. Yes, because of my dear friend Trudy- who is a cosplayer, I've gotten an interest in Cosplay. My dad thinks I'm crazy for wanting to dress up like a childish character. But, LOOK AT THIS BEAUTY.

EVIE FRYE IS ABSOLUTE BAE.
Back into the anime topic, I've spent my Presidents' Day watching anime. Yes. I started watching Naruto Shippuden, though I have watch the first few episodes before and couldn't grasp onto it. But, I've started watching it again and IT'S JUST BEEN A PLEASANT JOURNEY. I'm at episode 52 right at this moment because I am watching and writing this post at the same time.

Reasons why I started watching Naruto Shippuden is because I was searching for good movies to watch and I came across Boruto: Naruto the Movie, which is a movie on Naruto's son Boruto and practically all of Naruto's classmate's kids and their lives in the future stuff like that. So, I've watched that I and was like "HOW DID THIS ALL HAPPEN?" because, the last time I watched any Naruto series was when all of them were still children. So, that really intrigued me.

Second reason is because, CAN I JUST SAY. KAKASHI IS FOREVER A CHILDHOOD ANIME CRUSH OF MINE. There will be no one who can ever take that spot away from him.
C'mon guys. He's pretty cute.
And also the fact that I found out that HE LOST HIS SHARINGAN AND BECAME THE 6TH HOKAGE LIKE WHAT. But really he is MY ANIME CRUSH FOR LIFE.
*Everyone's reaction of me right now
You can't really blame me for Kakashi being so cute. BECAUSE HE IS OH MY GOODNESS. asdbfkdkabdfnwljfc *can't hold on excitement*.
So, yeah. That has happened within the past day or so. I DO NOT REGRET A SINGLE MOMENT OF IT SO FAR BECAUSE PROBABLY SOME TIME LATER ON I WILL REGRET WATCHING ANIME AGAIN BECAUSE IT'S GOING TO SUCK THE LIFE OUT OF ME AND MAKE ME HATE MYSELF SO MUCH I WANNA CRY.

I will stop there for today. So,

GOODBYE MY FRIENDS
